Peace of Mind
Dr. Grant Francis runs a busy family dental practice, specializing in “beautifying smiles [and] maintaining dental health”(www.francisfamilydental.com), but rewind the clock a year and Dr. Francis was not smiling.
He was working with an industry specific IT provider, but he was still plagued with problems. The computers were running slow, connectivity was sketchy, and crashes were causing delays in the day to day flow of workday needs. Calling a technician only added to his frustration. “It would take two or three days for them to come out and they never resolved the issue”, Dr. Francis observed. Once a tech arrived on site, they would work for hours, often accomplishing nothing, (but still send a bill). Every time a computer crashed, Dr. Francis worried about back-ups.
